Due to success of Hull International Carnival 2018 the board in partnership with Global Carnivalz supported by the Hull Council, Big Lottery and the Arts Council are proud to be presenting the first HICA Awards Gala on Friday 2nd November in the Hull Royal Hotel 6-9pm.
